If I cannot accept your insurance through Headway, I do accept an out of pocket fee for service. I can provide a statement for each out of pocket session so you may submit a claim to your insurance provider to go towards an out of network deductible.
My out of pocket rates are:

| $150 for initial level of care assessment |
| $150 for 60 minute session |
| $125 for a 45 minute session |
| $100 for a 30 minute session |
