The Trevor Project is the world's largest suicide prevention and crisis intervention organization for the LGBTQ+ community. The Trevor Project also has educational resources on LGBTQ+ issues, access to free licensed counselors, and an international community for LGBTQ kids.
Now Matters Now
Now Matters Now is a suicide prevention site that helps teach Mindfulness, Mindfulness of Current Emotion, Opposite Action and Paced-breathing through educational videos. Founded by people who struggled with suicidal ideation, Now Matters now strives to make what feels unsolvable, solvable.
Suicide Prevention Lifeline
You can call, text, or chat 988, and you will be connected to trained counselors that are part of the existing National Suicide Prevention Lifeline network. These trained counselors will provide support, and connect them to resources if necessary.
